1965 Vox Soundcaster body

This is the body of a very rare mid 1960s Vox Soundcaster. This was a UK (JMI) built guitar sold predominantly in the UK. It is mahogany, with original sunburst finish. It's a solid, chunky piece of wood with plenty of dings, dents scratches and finish cracks. Very much comparable in size and weight to a 1960s Stratocaster body. It's clearly seen years of use!

Complete with strap buttons.

Generally pretty solid, but the thin piece between the base of the neck pocket and the body route may have had a small repair (obviously this does not affect play in any way and is covered by the scratchplate). This body is sold as-is - please have a good look at the pictures and ask any questions - this body is far from mint!
